Having computer performance problems that you cannot track down? Slow internet and
poor hard drive issues dog computers and there are all sorts of tools and suggestions
for how to fix these problems.
I very rarely pull pranks, but when I do, I try to make it worth my while. Back
in 1999 I got toying with "tuning up" the internet and with explanations I have
heard over the years that sound reasonable even when they are full of hot air.
Thus was the birth of The Internet Pipescrubber and Hard Drive Balancer.
Both have been on the site ever since, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed
crafting them.
